Victoria Jordan has an academic background in Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Medical Imaging. Her work is an exploration of the space between the natural world and the spontaneous translation of internal emotions. While the initial spark of inspiration is rooted in nature the creative process itself is governed by intuition and therefore the truest expression of the Artist.

Victoria aims to bring the mundane and overlooked minutiae of the natural world around us to the forefront for proper observation. By looking at the individual elements of the work, the Viewer is encouraged to truly see the small details that surround us in our everyday world that we overlook in our rush to get to the next “thing”.
