Victoria Jordan has an academic background in Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Medical Imaging. Her work is an exploration of the space between the natural world, our effects on nature and society from a scientific perspective, and the translation of emotions triggered by our collective actions. While the initial spark of inspiration is rooted in nature and the people around us, the creative process itself is governed by intuition and guidance from the piece itself.

Victoria aims to bring the mundane and overlooked minutiae of the world around us to the forefront for proper observation. By looking at the individual elements of the work, each one of us acts inherently as a Scientist, uncovering the small details that surround us in our everyday world, often overlooked in our rush to get to the next “big thing”.
